We attended the end-of-year ceremony for school leavers at the Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic School Complex (ZSMEiE) in Toruń.
It was a special occasion for us, because our story began with a pupil of this school. Our CEO, Marcin Gizela, graduated from ZSMEiE exactly 22 years ago. This time he came back as an alumnus with years of professional experience, and in his speech he gave the pupils some practical advice for starting their working lives.
ZSMEiE is one of the leading technical schools in Poland. It has nearly 900 pupils, works closely with business and universities, and prepares young people for the realities of the job market. Technical Secondary School No. 5, part of ZSMEiE, ranked among the very best in both regional and national school rankings in 2025.
We work with the school as patron of a class training automation and robotics technicians. Supporting the next generations of technicians is a natural continuation of a journey that began at ZSMEiE.
