We have signed a partnership agreement with the Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic School Complex (ZSMEiE) in Toruń. Under the agreement, we become patron of class 1AR, which trains automation and robotics technicians, for the school years 2026/2027–2030/2031.

The agreement was signed by our CEO, Marcin Gizela, and Board Member Przemysław Swobodziński, and on behalf of ZSMEiE in Toruń by Head Teacher Małgorzata Łopatko.

As part of the partnership, we will provide pupils with:

  • lessons at the school taught by our engineers,
  • work placements on real installations, supervised by experienced specialists,
  • study visits to our headquarters with a demonstration of the KUKA KR 90 R2700 industrial robot,
  • scholarships and awards for top-performing pupils,
  • careers guidance, including meetings with ZSMEiE alumni who now work for us,
  • engineering mentoring to develop technical skills and prepare for competitions,
  • knowledge-sharing with teachers, passing on the technologies and standards we use every day in industry.

We believe education works best when theory meets practice and schools work closely with business. That is why we are proud to support initiatives that develop the next generation of specialists in our industry.
