We robotise production processes where tool-path precision and repeatability matter: cutting, milling, bonding, welding and packing, as well as machine tending – loading and unloading. We build our own robotic cells integrated with material transport, part measurement and the higher-level system.

Before rollout, we can prove out the application in practice on our KUKA KR 90 R2700 robot – at ROBCO's premises or directly at your site.

Intralogistics

Intralogistics

We automate warehouse processes and internal transport – from unloading and goods receipt, through storage, order picking, packing and palletising, to loading, dispatch and stocktaking. We help where accuracy and traceability of material flow matter, where order volumes are growing and lead times are short, and where moving heavy loads by hand wears your team down and extra shifts are hard to staff.

We deploy autonomous mobile robots (AMR) that carry materials and components between warehouse and production zones – with no fixed infrastructure and with dynamic obstacle avoidance – as well as autonomous pallet trucks on warehouse – production – dispatch routes, running 24/7 with no empty trips. Thanks to ROBCO's own conveyor, robots pick up pallets straight from the end of the line, with no changes to the building and no magnetic tape.

We handle the whole project: from concept and consultancy, through prefabrication and software, to installation, testing and service. For fleet management we offer our own mobile app for Android and iOS, integrated with your higher-level systems. Which process puts the most strain on your team and budget?
