We had the pleasure of speaking alongside organisations that support business growth at the conference “Growing your company? We're here to help”, held in Toruń. The event was organised by the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSSE).
The conference covered tax reliefs, grants, technology solutions and other forms of support for companies, including support for introducing robots.
The programme was opened by our Head of Research and Development, Gabriel Maciejczyk-Karasek, with the presentation “Robots that pay for themselves: how automation and robotics cut costs instead of eating into budgets”. Using concrete examples, he explained where to start so that automation delivers real savings.
The conference also featured representatives of business support organisations and financial partners:
- Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSSE) – on corporate income tax (CIT) exemption for new investments (Weronika Leszniewska, Project Manager)
- Nicolaus Bank – on working with local business (Beata Szymczak and Aleksandra Osiecka, business advisers)
- Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Toruń (IPH) – on relationships, training, advisory services and support for companies (Paweł Starczewski, Deputy Director, and Zofia Sztwiertnia, Mobile Recruiter)
- Business Support Centre in Toruń (CWB) – on its services for entrepreneurs (Łukasz Szarszewski, Director of the Business Support Centre in Toruń, Authorised Representative)
- Toruń Regional Development Agency (TARR S.A.) – on export support (Ewa Gross, Director of Business Development and International Cooperation)
- Centrum Doradztwa Finansowego Paweł Sass – on financing digitalisation, new products and R&D (Paweł Sass, owner)
The programme was rounded off with a case study – an interview with Anna Karbowska-Schoofs, co-owner and board member of PAK Sp. z o.o. – and the event closed with networking.
Thank you to the organisers for the invitation, and to everyone who came along for the great conversations.
