We took part in the “Hubei China – Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region Trade and Investment Seminar” and in B2B talks with businesses from Hubei Province, partner region of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The meeting was held at the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technology Park (BPPT).
The event was hosted by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The foreign delegation included representatives of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Hubei branch (CCPIT Hubei), accompanied by business owners from Wuhan, Xiangyang, Yichang, Jingmen and Tianmen. The Polish side was represented by institutions and companies from the Kujawy and Pomorze region.
The Chinese companies covered a very wide range of sectors: automotive, automation and control, energy storage, road infrastructure, construction, sanitary ceramics, general aviation, e-commerce, food processing and clothing. They were looking for trade, technology and investment partners in the region.
For us, the meeting was a chance to present our expertise in robotics and production automation and to talk directly with companies working in areas close to our own. We also gained a better understanding of the Chinese market and what Chinese businesses expect from European partners.
